A 17-year-old resident of Slavyansk voluntarily collaborated with the occupying army of the Russian Federation.
The young man handed over to the invaders data on the locations of military personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region. The attacker was exposed and reported on suspicion. Also, as a preventive measure, he was taken into custody without an alternative to posting bail.
It is reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, the attacker transmitted information to the representative of the Russian Federation about the locations of military personnel and military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in certain areas of the Donetsk region via Telegram.
The occupiers used the information received during attacks on the region.
Under the procedural leadership of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a minor citizen of Ukraine was exposed and reported suspected of high treason committed under martial law (part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Also to him in accordance with Art. 615 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, a preventive measure in the form of detention without an alternative to bail was applied.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the Main Directorate of the SBU in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
