In Volyn, a volunteer of the Novovolynsk City Council was exposed in fraud with the Shlyakh electronic system. The attacker organized the illegal departure of men of military age abroad.
The SBU caught the volunteer “hot”.
“The attacker was a member of the volunteer center under the city council and had access to the electronic system. For a fee, the volunteer entered the data of persons of military age into the register, which allowed them to freely cross the state border of Ukraine in wartime. The purpose of such border crossing was to import cars from EU countries to Ukraine,” the press service of the SBU of Volyn reported .
Law enforcement officers detained the attacker while receiving another tranche of money for his illegal services. In total, the volunteer managed to receive more than 30,000 hryvnias in bribes.

Since the attacker has a lawyer’s certificate, he was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 332 (illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine) and Part 3 of Art. 369-2 (abuse of influence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
