For residents of the affected settlements of the Kiev region, two options are being considered for solving the problem of destroyed housing as a result of the attack of Russian troops, who barbarously killed people. For families who have lost their homes, they will buy apartments in already commissioned houses and build new residential complexes in the most affected settlements, Irpin and Borodyanka.
This was announced by the head of the Kiev regional military administration Alexander Pavlyuk.
“The Kiev region has suffered enormous destruction. Thousands of families have been left without homes. And our task as representatives of the state authorities is to provide them with new comfortable housing. We have prepared proposals for developers in the region. There is very little time for discussion, so we are working constructively, for the result,” Pavlyuk said.
According to him, in the region there is an opportunity to buy apartments in houses that have already been put into operation. The total area of such apartments is more than 42 thousand square meters. m. At present, consultations are ongoing with developers on the purchase price of housing. It is noted that the apartments must be equipped with the necessary plumbing and furniture.
Also, in addition to the residential complexes themselves, the proposed project provides for the construction of bomb shelters, playgrounds, educational institutions and other social infrastructure.
Also in Borodyanka and Irpin, they plan to build two new residential complexes for 50 thousand square meters in 5 months. m each. The territories for their construction have already been selected taking into account the proximity to all necessary communications and road infrastructure.
Sketches and technical tasks will be provided to each developer for study and decision-making on participation in construction.
