The dry grass fire in the Exclusion Zone has been localized and is being extinguished.

In Kyiv, on the morning of May 5, the indicators of the radiation background and atmospheric air are normal. The city authorities urge the people of Kiev to remain calm and trust official information.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on May 4, when the fire broke out, 33 rescuers and 13 pieces of equipment were working at the scene.
“Officially: on May 5 at 09:05, the fire of dry grass near the Dityatki checkpoint in the Exclusion Zone that arose the day before was localized. Extinguishing continues,” the report said.
Recall that in the Kiev region two rescuers and a tractor driver exploded on enemy mines .
