A new service has appeared in the Diya application for employers who have employed internally displaced persons. Such employers may apply for financial compensation from the state.
Cash compensation is 6500 UAH. for the first and second month of a person’s work.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
“Now, when you hire a Ukrainian who has received an IDP certificate, you can receive monetary compensation of 6,500 hryvnias for the first and second months of a person’s work,” the message says.
To receive compensation, you must:
- fill in the corresponding application on the portal “Diya”;
- sign it with a qualified electronic signature.
Criteria according to which compensation is calculated to the entrepreneur:
- to employ IDPs after February 24, 22, provided that the IDP received a certificate also after February 24;
- pay a salary not less than the minimum (6500 UAH);
- pay a single contribution to compulsory state social insurance;
- submit tax returns for the fourth quarter of 2021 or all of 2021.
