Despite the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine pushed the enemy back from Kharkov in the northern direction, the enemy continues to terrorize the civilian population.
The blows inflicted by the enemy are not targeted, the occupier strikes housing estates, thereby causing harm to civilians.
This was announced by the head of the Kharkov military administration Oleg Sinegubov.
“It can “fly” to any area, to any courtyard, to any playground. Therefore, it is extremely dangerous to be on the streets without an urgent need. The enemy continues shelling from MLRS and artillery. During the day, Pyatikhatki, the village of Zhukovsky, Saltovka, Severnaya Saltovka suffered. Already in the morning there were shellings of Severnaya Saltovka. There were no casualties,” the head of the Regional Police Department said.
He added that the Izyum direction remains the hot spot of the Kharkiv region. There, the enemy is constantly trying to attack the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, near the city of Barvenkovo, but suffers significant losses.
Also, the enemy tried to attack the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Volchansk direction, but was defeated.
“We clearly understand what forces the enemy has and how he moves. Currently, the entire array of enemy equipment is moving through the Volchansk and Kupyansk directions to Izyum in order to increase our presence in the Lugansk and Donetsk territories. However, we are ready for any developments. all these areas,” said Oleg Sinegubov.
Recall that in Kharkiv, the SBU detained a local police major who collaborated with the Russian occupiers. The collaborator handed over the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the invaders and photographed the premises of local authorities and law enforcement agencies.
