Russian invaders in the territories of the Zaporozhye region they have seized carry out filtration measures against local residents, prevent evacuation to safe regions of Ukraine and rob agricultural enterprises.
So, in the village of Chernigovka, the invaders want to take away land from people . They are forced to fill out a form by May 8, which indicates how much land the owner has, and how much is leased.
This was announced by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova.
Only after that, she added, will the occupiers grant a person a license to cultivate the land. Otherwise, the commandant will take away all the land not indicated in the papers of the invaders.
At the same time, in Mikhailovka, Russian troops are implementing their temporary tax system for entrepreneurs. According to the rules of the invaders, those who want to work in the community in the future must undergo a new registration. The occupiers also assure that they demanded only a “military tax”, and entrepreneurs will pay all new taxes only in bulk.
Denisova also said that the TPP in Energodar had run out of coal , and it was not possible to organize its regular supplies due to the occupation. At the same time, the “authority” of the invaders in this city completed the registration of residents for allegedly receiving social benefits. Now the occupiers have started registering entrepreneurs . Which of the entrepreneurs will not do this, will not be able to work in Energodar.
Residents of the occupied Vasylivka said that the Russian military is trying to exchange one SIM card of a Ukrainian mobile operator for gasoline worth UAH 15 per liter. At the same time, in Dniprorudny, two SIM cards are immediately exchanged for a car . This is because the Russian occupiers want to make phone calls to each other and home, but they don’t have telephones or communications.
“Terror and mistreatment of civilians in the occupied territories is a war crime, defined by the Statute of the International Military Tribunal and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and a violation of the provisions of the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War. I appeal to the UN Commission of Inquiry into Violations of Human Rights during Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine, take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations by Russia in Ukraine,” Denisova urged.
