If you know people who cooperate with the Russian occupiers, oppose Ukraine and spread the narratives of the occupation propaganda in your city or village, you can safely report them to law enforcement officers through “Diya”.
The Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov spoke about this.
How to report a collaborator:
- go to the “Yevorog” chatbot from the main screen of the “Diya” application or follow the link: https://t.me/evorog_bot
- click Report Collaborators
- indicate the geolocation of a person or group of people + send a photo / video
- describe why you consider the person to be a collaborator and details about helping the enemy.
You can send information without a photo or video, just describe what you saw.
“Remember that you need to shoot invaders and collaborators only when you are convinced that you are not in danger . And as soon as you send messages to the chatbot, clear the correspondence with “Yevorog” and delete such frames from your smartphone ,” Fedorov noted.
Recall that Ukrainians were urged not to discuss in telephone conversations the movement of Russian troops with people in the occupied territories.
