Russian invaders are stealing grain from the temporarily occupied territories in the south and east of Ukraine.
The invaders are trying to sell this grain on international markets. Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba told how Ukraine is blocking this sale.
The head of the Foreign Ministry announced this on the air of a nationwide telethon.
“We are aware of this problem, we are fighting it and even have some success. For example, one of the ships, which, in our opinion, was carrying stolen grain and was heading to Egypt , we made it so that it would not be accepted in Egypt. After that, it was forced to resort to maneuvers and try to get into the ports of other countries. We are following him,” Kuleba said.
According to him, the only country in which Ukraine cannot stop the mooring of such a vessel is Syria. After all, the Bashar al-Assad regime is Russia’s closest ally.
“But we are working with all other countries so that no one is deceived by stolen Ukrainian grain,” the minister summed up.
Recall that the occupiers are taking oil out of the captured plant in the Zaporozhye region.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian occupiers in Ukraine are terrorizing farmers , forcing them to join “collective farms”, buying up grain at a low price or stealing it altogether.
