In the Lugansk region, more than 123 thousand consumers are without electricity, and the enemy has also begun to destroy water infrastructure facilities.
The invaders also smashed high-voltage lines.
This was announced by the head of the OVA Sergei Gaidai.
“38 settlements are de-energized – 26 completely, 12 partially. 123,154 consumers are without electricity,” the report says.
The high-voltage line was interrupted on May 4 by artillery shelling of the occupiers.
“Because of this, about 30,000 consumers of Severodonetsk, Lisichansk, the settlements of Gornaya and Popasnyanskaya communities were left without electricity. As soon as the enemy’s fire subsided, the emergency team was able to examine the damaged area and partially restore power to people,” he said.
After a partial restoration of electricity in the Luhansk region as a result of an interruption, Sergei Gaidai reported damage to the Popasnyansky district water utility by the enemy.
“There is no centralized water supply. During the day, rescuers delivered 73 tons of water to the population,” Gaidai wrote.
Recall that in the Lugansk region, the Russian military destroyed the building of a rural school, in which the villagers were hiding from shelling. According to preliminary data, 60 people were killed.
