The Center for Combating Disinformation explains: the loud statement about the assignment of the Russian telephone code +7 to CADLO subscribers is another manipulation.

On May 7, the leaders of ORDLO announced that obtaining a separate code for the mobile operator of the Russian system is an important step towards the full integration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine from the Russian Federation.

The codes of the unrecognized mobile operators “Phoenix” and “Lugakom” have indeed changed, but:

• Subscribers report that from “Phoenix” you can only call to the Russian “MegaFon”, and from “Lugacom” – only to the Russian “MTS”.
• Phoenix and Lugacom still remain unrecognized operators, with which no country, even the Russian Federation, has concluded a roaming agreement. That is, subscribers from ORDLO cannot use their SIM cards in Russia.

• There is no agreement between Phoenix and Lugakom. Residents of TOT Donetsk region cannot make phone calls to residents of TOT Lugansk region
• So, the integration of ORDLO is another manipulative statement of the propaganda of the Russian Federation until May 9th.
