In Mariupol, at the Azovstal plant surrounded by Russian invaders, there are more than a thousand defenders of Ukraine.
Among them are hundreds of wounded in need of medical care.

“More than 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers, including hundreds of wounded, are still at the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, southeast Ukraine, besieged by Russian troops,” Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said.
According to her, they remain in the premises of a large metallurgical complex.
“There are seriously wounded who need to be evacuated urgently,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.
Recall that the Ukrainian authorities are working on the application of the procedure for the extraction of wounded soldiers and doctors from the Mariupol plant “Azovstal” . In particular, the president and other leadership of the state are working on this, who are trying to attract the world community to help.
