In the Zaporozhye region, the Russians fired on the city of Orekhov.
As a result of the shelling, they were injured.

The military situation in the Zaporozhye region has not changed significantly over the past day. The enemy exerts fire influence along the entire line of confrontation and in the depths of the defense of the Ukrainian troops in the Zaporozhye direction. The greatest activity of the invaders is observed near Pologi, Orekhov and Gulyaipol.
“On May 10, Russian troops once again fired at the civilian infrastructure of Orekhov, as a result of which 8 citizens of Ukraine were delivered to hospitals in Zaporozhye, one person died,” the regional state administration reported.
Due to the difficult military situation that is now developing near Hulyaypole, the ongoing hostilities, the mayor Serhiy Yarmak, appealed to residents to evacuate to safer cities in Ukraine.
Also, due to the shelling in Orekhovo, the work of the humanitarian aid point was temporarily suspended.
At the same time, the Russian invaders continue to spread fakes that it is the Armed Forces of Ukraine that are shelling the civilian population of the Zaporozhye Territory.
Recall that in Zaporozhye dismantled howitzer ML-20 – part of the memorial complex “Sorrowful Mother”, which is located on the right bank of the city. Such a need arose due to the fact that the Russian invaders told that these were bases of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
