According to the city executive committee, the electrical substation was damaged, so a number of districts of the Sumy and Chernihiv regions were left without electricity.
According to the Sumy Regional Center for Hydrometeorology, gusts of northwest wind of 15-20 m/s and the I-th level of danger – yellow were expected in the region.
Recall that the bad weather on May 12 was seething in other regions of Ukraine, trees were also pulled out there, people recorded a tornado and a downpour on video .
