After the Russian troops occupied the town of Volchansk in the Kharkiv region, the chairman of the district court personally began preparing the judicial institution for cooperation with the occupiers.
For the speedy resumption of the work of the court , already under Russian law, the judge tried to assemble a team of “like-minded people.” She actively urged her subordinates to betray Ukraine and already together carry out the so-called legal proceedings of the occupying authorities.
This was reported in the press service of the DBR.
The suspect also sought support among local law enforcement officers, whom she offered cooperation with the aggressor.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, by agreement with the occupiers, the traitor held a general meeting of judges and employees of the apparatus of the Volchansky District Court of the Kharkiv Region, inducing colleagues to cooperate with representatives of the occupation administration. She also called for the positions of judges and employees of the apparatus in the illegal “judicial body of the Russian Federation.”
She also stressed that it would be possible to get 10 thousand rubles (UAH 4.5 thousand) from the invaders for the execution of “justice” in the conditions of war.
DBR investigators have already informed her of suspicion of high treason (part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
For what she committed, she faces a punishment – life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
