The invaders are trying to take control of the city of Rubizhne in the Lugansk region.
The enemy is also equipping a pontoon crossing in the direction of Kremennaya.
Serhiy Gaidai, head of the Lugansk OVA, spoke about this.
“The main current task of the Russians is to establish full control over Rubizhne. To ensure the overcoming of the water obstacle, the aggressor from the territory of Russia in the direction of Kremennaya threw the equipment of the pontoon-bridge park,” Gaidai said.
He also noted that on the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions over the past day, 9 enemy attacks were repulsed, 8 tanks, 6 units of armored vehicles, 5 vehicles and 1 anti-aircraft installation of the enemy were destroyed. Air defense units shot down four unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type.
Recall that the Ukrainian military once again destroyed the invaders’ pontoon crossings across the Seversky Donets River near Belogorovka in the Luhansk region. The head of the Lugansk OVA, Sergei Gaidai, noted that Belogorovka had become an outpost of the Lugansk region.
