This was stated by People’s Deputy, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky during a briefing.
“The enemy is trying to cordon off the grouping of our forces in the area of Severodonetsk and Lisichansk. Another direction of the enemy’s attack is to surround the area of Bakhmut, Soledar. Our military is counteracting this in every possible way. There is also a tense situation in the Kharkiv region, where the enemy brings reserves through the occupied cities. The offensive in the area of u200bu200bthe city has also resumed “Slavyansk. “Within the framework of international deliveries, we need even more long-range artillery, which is capable of hitting enemy strongholds at a great distance of 40 to 300 kilometers. Such negotiations are underway,” said a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
