A settler from Kharkov, who fled the war to Kropyvnytskyi, got caught up in agitation for the “Russian world”.
The agitator was detained by law enforcement officers, then the Kharkiv resident was tried, and the judge issued an unusual punishment to the violator.
This was announced by the head of the Kropyvnytsky Regional Council Sergey Shulga.
“In Kropyvnytskyi, the judge ordered by his sentence a 19-year-old guy from Kharkov, who moved to the Kirovohrad region with the beginning of the Russian invasion and began to agitate for the “Russian world” on social networks, to memorize: the anthem of Ukraine, Section IX of the Constitution about the territorial structure, the song “Our Father “Bandera, Ukraine is mother,” Sosyura’s poem “Love Ukraine.” In addition, to consolidate the material, he must read Gogol’s story “Taras Bulba” and Dimarov’s novel “And there will be people,” Sergey Shulga informed.
He added that the court found the young man guilty of a criminal offense (part 2 of article 109 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced him to imprisonment for a period of 2 years without confiscation of property. At the same time, on the basis of Art. 75 of the Criminal Code released from serving the sentence, setting a probationary period of 2 years. And it is during the probationary period that the convict must learn and read works from the list.
Recall that the Malinovsky District Court of Odessa ordered the thief to study Ivan Franko’s poem “Strophes” and read Leo Tolstoy’s trilogy “Childhood. Adolescence. Youth.”
