President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that after the end of the war, Ukraine should receive a format of guarantees that would really work.
Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak , together with ex-NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, will lead an international advisory group that will provide proposals for security guarantees for Ukraine.
The head of state said this in a video message on May 24.
“We continue to work to ensure that Ukraine receives reliable security guarantees after this war. In particular, an international advisory group has been created headed by Yermak and ex-NATO Secretary General Rasmussen. The group will include leading experts in the fields of security and defense, diplomacy. Their task is to develop such a format of guarantees that will really work, and will work not for several months or years, but for the life of many generations of our Ukrainians,” he said.
Recall that a military expert, former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Mykola Malomuzh believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin should be afraid of an attempt on his life.
