Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi A1 in India, a member of a new series that claims to be one of the most affordable smartphones on the market. Its cost in equivalent is less than 5,000 rubles (including the starting discount, of course). The content is appropriate: HD + IPS display, MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, 2 GB of RAM with 32 GB of ROM, dual 8-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixel front camera, 5000 mAh battery and Android 12 without MIUI (probably Go Edition, although direct no mention). The manufacturer himself calls the advantages of the model the design (pseudo-leather case), the vanilla Android mentioned above, the triple SIM tray and, of course, the low price. While the device is available in India. Probably, in the near future it will proceed to other regions.
