Yesterday, Sony introduced the gaming version of its flagship smartphone, the Xperia 1 IV Gaming Edition, in Japan. Initially, it was supposed to be just a bundle of Xperia 1 IV and a case with a fan and Xperia Stream connectors, but it turned out that not everything is so simple. The Gaming Edition also differs in the amount of RAM: if the standard version of Sony’s flagship has 12 GB, then here it is immediately 16 GB. The amount of ROM remained the same (512 GB), and it can still be expanded using a microSD memory card (carriers up to 1 TB are supported). What do you think, will the additional RAM help the Japanese smartphone in gaming tasks?
