Today MTS announced the impressive results of the first week of collecting pre-orders. In total, this service was used by 2.5 times more buyers than a year earlier in the case of the iPhone 13. At the same time, more than 70% of prepaid pre-orders are for the older iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, which correlates with sales in China . It’s funny, but the most unclaimed was the most affordable iPhone 14 with 128 GB of storage.
Other retailers are in a similar situation: Citylink notes that the most popular model was the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which collected 21% more applications than the iPhone 14 Pro and 4 times more than the iPhone 14. The iPhone 14 Plus became an outsider – another confirmation of a puncture in Apple’s expectations. According to distributors, there is no shortage of new Apple products in Russia: the practice of “parallel imports” copes, although not without raising prices.
