Binance has thoroughly taken up the Ukrainian market and is receiving more and more support from both the state and business. Thus, the largest Ukrainian network of gas stations WOG has become another partner of the world’s largest crypto-exchange — thanks to this, customers have the opportunity to pay for fuel and services with cryptocurrency through the Binance Pay service. You can use it for contactless payments directly in the proprietary PRIDE application.
The ability to pay for fuel and services in cryptocurrency through Binance Pay is available to WOG customers as an additional option at all gas stations in the network.
To pay with cryptocurrency at WOG gas stations, you must:
- choose the available type of fuel or the desired products from the assortment of the store in
PRIDE application; - select Binance Pay from the offered payment methods in the column and
confirm the payment in the Binance mobile app.
Kirill Khomyakov, General Manager of Binance in Ukraine, noted that this is the first integration of Binance Pay with an operator of the oil products market in Ukraine. He also confirmed the intention of the crypto exchange to actively implement the technology in other retail segments in the future.

In early September, Binance entered into a similar cooperation agreement with the supermarket chain Varus – its customers were able to pay with cryptocurrency because of the same Binance Pay for groceries on the supermarket website. In addition, last week, Binance, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, added verification through Diyu – so far this method is only available to new users.
