Xiaomi introduced Civi 2 in China – a smartphone focused on the beautiful half of humanity, where design and cameras set the tone. So, the novelty received a 7.23-mm case weighing 171.8 g, with rounded edges of the display, and that’s it. The display is also taken care of: 6.55″ bright (up to 1000 nits) AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and Full HD + resolution. Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.2, MIUI 13 on Android 12 are responsible for the performance, MIUI 13 on Android 12, and a decent the level of autonomy should provide a 4500 mAh battery with 67 W charging.

And now for the cameras. Paradoxically, the main thing in Civi 2 is just the front camera. The system is inscribed in a pill in the center of the upper part of the screen and includes two lenses of 32 megapixels. The main module has autofocus, and the additional sensor is designed to increase the capture angle up to 100 degrees. As for the rear camera, we are talking about a triple module with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor, which is assisted by a 20-megapixel wide (Sony IMX376K) and a 2-megapixel macro shutter. The maximum resolution for video recording is 4K at 30 frames per second. There is a set of Xiaomi software goodies.

Xiaomi Civi 2 is available in three configuration options – 8/128, 8/256 and 12/256 GB. The price starts from 2399 yuan. The buyer has a choice of four colors – black, blue, pink and white. The latter is also notable for the corrugated texture of the heel counter. Sales in China have already started. Release outside the Middle Kingdom, most likely, will not take place.
