Vivo today unveiled the X Fold+ foldable flagship, which has become a key high-end smartphone in the brand’s portfolio for the second half of the year. This statement is also supported by information from GSMArena, which spoke with Vivo and found out that the Vivo X80 Pro +, allegedly planned for September, has been canceled. The reason is simple – the Vivo X90 series, which should be presented exactly after the presentation of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 in mid-November, so the potential Vivo X80 Pro + would have a too short life cycle.
Vivo X80 Pro
According to current information, the Vivo X90 Pro+ should get the already mentioned Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0, a camera with a 1″ main sensor (hello Xiaomi 12S Ultra) and a new telephoto and an E6 generation AMOLED display. Too sweet We’ll see More precise information will be available closer to Qualcomm’s presentation.
