On the eve of Mother’s Day, MamaRika released a song called “Shin”. Her artist dedicated to all Ukrainian mothers who are forced to protect their children from the war. After all, the whole world knows that maternal love is the strongest, so every mother, without hesitation, is ready to stand under bullets in order to protect her child from harm.

“A Ukrainian woman is now a symbol of strength and love all over the world! Each of us has overcome a terrible and difficult path to save her child. I will never forget how I pressed my son David to my chest when rockets flew over our house. that moment you are ready to give your life, if only your most precious treasure would live and never see war again, this is exactly what every mother of Ukraine feels now.We just have to stop the enemy and give our children a bright, peaceful future, never to see fear again in their eyes,” said MamaRika.

The cover for the single was created by Marina Solomennikova – the same artist who is the author of the work “Kyiv Madonna in the Metro”. As you know, this image, printed in a large format, now stands in the chapel of St. Blaise, a martyr in Naples.
