One of the buyers of the Tesla Model S demonstrated in his video, which he posted on Twitter, an interesting novelty. His car was assembled at the end of April, and it received a rotating center display. Thus, it is more convenient for the driver to use it. The display can also be tilted to the passenger side. Presumably, the appearance of such functionality is possible in all Model S and Model X electric vehicles released around this date.

The Tesla Model S also received a motorized front trunk. However, this is an aftermarket modification.
Interestingly, the swivel center screen has long been available as a modification in the secondary market. In 2021, Tesla’s website stated that a “left-right tilt” center display would appear in updated Model S and Model X vehicles. However, a few months later, the product pages were updated and the mention of it disappeared.
Tesla Ride the Lightning podcast host Ryan McCaffrey recently tweeted that the latest Model S and Model X vehicles coming off the Tesla factory lines are equipped with hardware to support the tilt screen feature.
