The days of Mexican culture were beautifully and cheerfully celebrated in the White House.
U.S. President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden and Beatriz Gutirres Muller de López Obrador, wife of Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, met yesterday, May 5, in the White House Rose Garden to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, an event dedicated to Mexican culture, cuisine and heritage.
This holiday is sometimes referred to as the Mexican equivalent of St. Patrick’s Day. On this day, major festivals and carnivals are held, Mexican dishes are prepared everywhere, national music sounds.
Apparently, the event at the White House was also quite fun. Jill wore a statement fishnet sheath dress and pink suede stilettos.
The first lady of Mexico chose a spectacular white jacquard coat dress for the exit.
