Buckingham Palace has previously said that Queen Elizabeth II has decided that only senior members of the royal family who are fully performing their royal duties will greet subjects with her on the balcony.
Meghan and Harry, as well as Prince Andrew, who was stripped of royal patronage and titles due to a sex scandal , will not appear on the balcony. The public will see Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge there, most likely with three children. It is also possible that the Countess Sophie of Wessex and Prince Edward will also appear on the balcony.
