A page dedicated to Realme 9 5G for the European market suddenly appeared on the website of the Polish division of Realme. Moreover, judging by the characteristics and renderings, this is absolutely not the same Realme 9 5G that was presented in India in early March. In fact, a stripped-down Realme Q5 , presented in China three weeks earlier, will arrive in Europe under this name. The key difference from the Chinese counterpart was the charging power, which for some reason they decided to cut more than three times: from 60 to 18 watts. Is it for the safety of EU citizens?

Otherwise, the configuration is the same: Snapdragon 695 5G, 6.6 “IPS screen with a frequency of 120 Hz, a 50-megapixel main camera with a pair of 2-megapixel plugs and a finger scanner in the power button. Android 12 with Realme’s proprietary shell is mentioned as the software basis. UI 3.0 – Realme 9 5G is likely to launch in Europe very soon.
