Baymax! will premiere on Disney+ on June 29. It will be a sequel to Big Hero 6 released in 2014. Disney has shared a trailer showing a funny medical robot trying to help the people of San Fransokyo.
Baymax series! includes 6 episodes. In each of them, the robot seeks to help someone even if help is not needed at all. As author Don Hol states, “He sets out to correct the physical problem he has identified, and in the process reaches a deeper, more emotional place and can almost transform the role.”
Baymax! is the second sequel to Big Hero 6. Previously, three seasons of the 2D animated series Big Hero 6: The Series aired on Disney Channel.
In the new series, Scott Adsit, Ryan Potter and Maya Rudolph will return to voice the characters Baymax, Hiro and Aunt Cass, respectively.
