Analytical financial company Curzio Research has acquired 19 virtual sites on the little-known platform of the TCG World metaverse for $5 million. In the virtual world, it is planned to build a headquarters on 12 sites measuring 128×128 m and seven more sites twice as large.
The Asian region in the metaverse was chosen for construction.
VIP members of the company will be offered virtual communication with investors, as well as the opportunity to attend special online events and conferences.
“The Metaverse is what the internet was meant to be. A permission-free, decentralized place where people can freely create and own their digital content.”
Frank Curzio, founder of Curzio Research
It is planned to complete the “construction” of the headquarters in September 2022, immediately after the official launch of the virtual world.
TCG World is one of several metaverses that have opened up in hopes of early adoption of this idea since Mark Zuckerberg announced his intention to create his own metaverse that combines entertainment and work.
