Mozilla has made available for download a new version of the Firefox browser, which has made only a few changes for developers. Regular users won’t see any difference between Firefox 101 and the previous version.
Most of the changes happened in the code. Developers have access to a new prefers-contrast CSS feature and three new values for viewport sizes.
Style sheet support has also been added, the AV1 codec parameters have been changed, and the WebDriver BiDi protocol is enabled by default. Additions to commands and scripts have been made to the API. A complete list of changes can be found on the Mozilla website .
There were also no major changes in the 100th anniversary version . Users only paid attention to the scrollbar in Linux and Windows 11, which can be adjusted in the settings.
