The code mentions the “X475” platform – obviously, we are talking about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+, labeled as SM8475. The list includes five devices under six names: “thor” (Xiaomi 12 Ultra), “zizhan” (MIX Fold 2), “diting” and “unicorn” (Xiaomi 12S and 12S Pro), and “mayfly” (Xiaomi Mi 12T Pro / Redmi K50S Pro). Recall that rumors point to higher performance and energy efficiency of TSMC’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ compared to Samsung’s regular 8 Gen 1.
