Actress claims Mr Big actor ‘sniffed her neck’ on set of Law & Order following assault allegations

A source close to the actor told People magazine: “To allege Chris was drunk on the set of Law & Order is also entirely false.”

Ms Lister-Jones, 39, said she also worked at a club Noth owned in New York when she was in her twenties. She claimed the actor was “consistently sexually inappropriate with a fellow female promoter” and called him a “sexual predator”.

Recently, Noth appeared in a Sex and the City spin-off series “And Just Like That…” His character Mr Big dies following an intense workout on a Peloton stationary bike.

Noth, 67, later teamed up with Peloton and appeared in an advert narrated and produced by actor Ryan Reynolds.

However, just days after its release Peloton removed its campaign from social media in the wake of the sex assault allegations.

A spokesman for Peloton said: “Every single sexual assault accusation must be taken seriously. We were unaware of these allegations when we featured Chris Noth.

“As we seek to learn more, we have stopped promoting this video.”

The two women who made allegations of sexual assault approached the Hollywood Reporter separately months apart, according to the publication.

One woman, who is given the pseudonym Zoe, claimed Noth assaulted her in his apartment in Los Angeles in 2004 when she was 22.

Another woman, given the pseudonym Lily, claimed he assaulted her in his apartment in New York when she was a 25-year-old waitress in 2015.

In a statement responding to the allegations Noth said: “The accusations against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false.

“These stories could’ve been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago – no always means no – that is a line I did not cross. The encounters were consensual.

“It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming out. I don’t know for certain why they are surfacing now, but I do know this: I did not assault these women.”

The Los Angeles Police Department said no complaints had been lodged against the actor and therefore he was not being investigated.

His publicist did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
