“At about 3:35 I woke up from a loud sound similar to an explosion. While I was writing this message, three more explosions were heard. I just got in touch with the chairman of the Golovinsky rural settlement, Denis Zolotukhin. According to preliminary data, an ammunition depot is on fire near the village of Staraya Nelidovka” – said the Russian governor.
Gladkov claims that there is no destruction of residential buildings and buildings among the civilian population.
