Residents of the Luhansk region are urged to evacuate to a safer region.
Today, April 28, the residents of Rubizhne, Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, the Mountain community, and Popasna will be evacuated .
This was announced by the head of the Luhansk police department Serhiy Gaidai on his Facebook page.
“Evacuation is free. Everyone in safe cities should have free housing, food, clothing and medical care,” Gaidai wrote.
The head of the region also named gathering places for an organized departure to the railway stations:
Lisichansk:

Severodonetsk:

Gaidai urged the residents of Kremennaya not to try to evacuate on their own.
” Kremennaya, do not try to escape on your own ! We are waiting for the situation to improve, and only an organized evacuation! Follow the messages. We hope for silence,” he stressed.
Gaidai also said that a humanitarian cargo would be sent to the Lugansk region.
Recall that yesterday, April 27, despite the closed humanitarian corridors, 88 people were evacuated from Popasna and Lysychansk in the Lugansk region.
