On memorial days, it is forbidden to visit cemeteries in the de-occupied territories of the region.
In the Chernihiv region, during memorial days , there is a ban on visiting cemeteries by the population in the territories temporarily occupied by Russian troops.
The corresponding order was issued by the head of the Chernihiv regional military administration Vyacheslav Chaus.
The ban does not apply to representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Border Service, the State Special Transport Service, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, the National Guard, the Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as employees of public utilities for performance of official tasks
Recall that the State Emergency Service gave advice that can save lives while visiting cemeteries and in memory of the dead .
