The Kyivstar company reported that they are aware of the failure and are trying to fix the problem.
“For almost two hours, for some reason, the number has become unregistered on the network, the Kyivstar network is unavailable. Wi-Fi is barely breathing, outside the house there is no connection, no Internet. But what about the ability to switch to the networks of other operators? There is also no access to other networks,” a user from Krivoy Rog wrote in the comments under one of the company’s publications.
“The same thing! Kyiv region,” added another user.
“Lviv region, Yavoriv district. There is no mobile connection,” another complaint says.
The Kyivstar company assured that in the near future everything will be repaired and the services will work in full.
“We apologize for the difficulties in the operation of some services. There was a short-term failure in the operation of Kyivstar information systems. Our specialists are already working on its prompt elimination. We promise that everything will be fixed in the near future and the services will work in full,” the statement says. company message.
