Since February 24, Russia has launched about 1,300 missiles in Ukraine, and the same number remained in service with the aggressor country.
The Russian Federation can still produce new missiles , however, due to sanctions, this process is much more complicated.
This was announced on the air of the nationwide telethon by Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar.
“They (the Russians – ed.) have more than halved their stocks during the time when they have been actively using them on the territory of Ukraine since February 24. Approximate figures are more than 1,300 missiles they have already used. Approximately the same number remains,” Maller said.
We are talking about air, sea and land-based missiles.
According to her, because of the Russian sanctions, it is difficult to replenish the stocks of missiles. The production of missiles is complicated, since components for them were imported.
However, Malyar warned that Russia still had enough missiles to cause serious damage for at least several months of the war.
“For some time they will be able to use what they bought earlier. This will last for several months. But you need to understand that the stock of missiles that they have already used (in Ukraine. – Ed.) cannot be replenished so quickly. years,” the Deputy Defense Minister explained.
Earlier, journalist Khristo Grozev stated that approximately 30% of precision-guided missiles remain in Russia .
