The Russian occupiers are demanding that the CSTO member countries introduce “peacekeepers” into the territory of Ukraine.
However, these states have so far refused to do so. They do not plan to introduce “peacekeepers” into the territories of the self-proclaimed “LPR” and “DPR” either.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“Despite the insistence of the Russian Federation, the CSTO members do not want to make a decision to conduct peacekeeping operations outside their countries. Including on the territory of the so-called “DPR” and “LPR,” the message says.
These states can enter their peacekeeping mission only on the territory of Belarus or the Russian Federation after the official attack of Ukraine on these states.
“On April 15, Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan Ruslan Zhaksilikov said that Kazakhstan had not received a request to send national troops to the territory of Ukraine. He confirmed that during the last meeting of the CSTO military committee, the issue of participation in the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine was not considered,” the GUR reported. . .
All members of the CSTO, except for Belarus, remain neutral in the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Recall that the SBU neutralized enemy agents that collected intelligence about the defense lines of the Ukrainian troops and the deployment of aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
