A pre-trial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on April 28, 2022, at about 10 a.m., servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces fired at the village of Pokotilovka in the Kharkiv region.
As a result of the shelling of the Russian invaders, two men were killed. Another seven civilians were injured.

Inspection of the scene was carried out by investigators of police department No. 3 of the Kharkiv district police department No. 1 of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region with the participation of prosecutors from the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office.
The pre-trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region.
