On Thursday, April 28, the occupiers launched an air strike with an X-55 class missile on Zaporozhye.
As a result of the shelling, five civilians were injured, among them an 11-year-old boy. In addition, the invaders destroyed houses in the private sector of the city.
The Office of the Prosecutor General reported that under the procedural leadership of the Zaporozhye Regional Prosecutor’s Office, criminal proceedings were initiated on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by the investigative departments of the SBU in the Zaporozhye region.
Let us recall that earlier in the temporarily occupied village of Yakymivka, Melitopol district, Zaporozhye region, on Thursday, April 28, a bridge “self-destructed” . It was with the help of it that the Russian occupiers supplied fuel and weapons from the occupied Crimea.
