On Thursday, April 28, West Ham hosted Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of the Europa League semi-finals.
The match ended with the victory of the guests – 1:2 .
Ansgar Knauff opened the score in the first minute. Subsequently, the “Hammers” managed to answer – Michael Antonio scored.
At the beginning of the second half, the Japanese Daichi Kamada again put his team ahead. By the end of the fight, “West Ham” and was able to escape from defeat.
Ukrainian Andriy Yarmolenko spent the entire match on the bench.
The return match will take place a week later, on May 5, at the Commerzbank Arena.
