US President Joe Biden made a statement on the situation in Ukraine on April 28.
In particular, he spoke about assistance to Ukraine and the motives for this.
“When dictators do not pay for their aggression, they cause more aggression, pain and suffering. They continue to advance. Of course, the threats to America and the world continue to grow. We cannot allow this to happen,” Biden said.
He added that unity within the country, unity with partners and allies, unity with Ukraine is very important.
“Our unity will convey an important message to Putin that he will never be able to dominate Ukraine,” the US president said.
Earlier, Joe Biden called Russia an aggressor and called on the world to do everything possible to hold him accountable . He will also ask Congress for an additional $33 billion for Ukraine.
