The Russian occupiers are handing out leaflets called “Basic Questions” to the inhabitants of Mariupol, describing the rules of behavior and life in the city established by the occupiers.
In particular, the invaders claim that all residents of Mariupol must undergo mandatory “filtering” , which the invaders call “verification”.
This was announced by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petr Andryushchenko.
“The occupying authorities are distributing in Mariupol such leaflets “Answer to a Question”. They show all the realities of the present and future of Mariupol during the occupation. Restriction of movement, restriction of freedom, restriction of rights and complete devastation. Total control. A real ghetto ,” the message says. .
So, in the leaflets, the Russian occupiers report that all residents of Mariupol must undergo “verification”. It is obligatory for everyone – not only for those leaving the city, but also for those who want to go even to the occupied Donetsk.
The leaflets also state that it is not possible to convert money into cash.
It is also impossible for Mariupol residents to receive compensation for destroyed housing. And even Mariupol residents will not be able to restore housing on their own either.
Traveling in your own cars, even in the occupied part of the Donetsk region, is allowed only as part of a convoy.
As for leaving for the free territories of Ukraine, it is possible, but the occupiers are intimidating the residents that they will supposedly be immediately “handed a summons and sent to the front.”
An adviser to the mayor of Mariupol urged the residents of the city to convey to everyone that “no one gives anything to anyone.” “Ukraine is waiting for Mariupol residents at home with warm hugs,” Andryushchenko stressed.
Recall that on April 29, the Azov regiment spoke about the chronicle of the defense of Mariupol and published data on the equipment of the Russian invaders destroyed by the fighters.
