Dell unveils Latitude 9330 hybrid laptop with Alder Lake chips, LTE support and an unusual trackpad

Dell introduced the Latitude 9330 2-in-1 mobile computer. The new product is built on the basis of the latest Intel Alder Lake processors and offers a choice of up to Core i7 models. The system can be equipped with both conventional 12th generation Core mobile processors and Core vPro processors with support for additional security features.

Dell Latitude 9330 is aimed primarily at professional business users. However, its characteristics also allow you to use the device for entertainment.

The mobile computer received a 13.3-inch 360-degree drop-down touch display with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. The screen occupies 90 percent of the usable front panel area and uses a protective coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The display supports electronic pen input, has a maximum brightness of 500 cd/m 2 and has 100 percent sRGB color gamut.

The system offers up to 32GB of LPDDR5 memory, up to 1TB NVMe storage, and optional 256GB SED storage for data protection. There is no discrete graphics subsystem here. To work with graphics, you will have to be content only with the “embedding” of Alder Lake processors, which is very powerful.

The Dell Latitude 9330 mobile computer is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner, a TPM 2.0 cryptographic module, and uses Windows 11 as an operating system. The novelty supports Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 wireless standards, and is also equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X20 modem with support for LTE-A .

The Dell Latitude 9330 also includes a Full HD IR webcam, four speakers, four microphones, two Thunderbolt 4.0 (Type-C) charging ports with DisplayPort, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, SIM slot -cards and combined 3.5mm audio jack. The large touchpad below the keyboard features four icons that let you quickly control functions in apps like Zoom, Teams, and the like.

The laptop is powered by a 50 Wh battery. The manufacturer offers a charger for it with a power of 65 to 90 watts. The Dell Latitude 9330 weighs 1.27 kg, making it one of the lightest laptops of its kind available on the market.

The laptop will go on sale in June. The manufacturer did not disclose its cost.
