Samsung has unveiled two new Galaxy A-series budget smartphones, the Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23. They bear little resemblance to both their direct predecessors (A12 / A22) and the 5G version of the Galaxy A13, but they are very similar to each other. In particular, both received cameras designed in the style of the Galaxy A32 / A52, and 6.6 “TFT screens with a waterdrop notch and a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels. In addition, the devices boast fingerprint scanners in the power button and 5000 mAh batteries with support for 25W fast charging (same as Samsung Galaxy S22).

The cameras are the same for smartphones: 50-megapixel main, 5-megapixel wide, 2-megapixel plugs for bokeh and macro, 8-megapixel front camera. But what is different? Aside from the memory sizes, the most notable difference is the chipsets. The older model runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, and the younger one runs on the Exynos 850.
