There were a number of standout performances in round four of the Six Nations as all three away teams won.

Here are my picks for the team of the weekend:

15. Hugo Keenan (Ireland)

Stood up to an aerial bombardment and was sharp to take his try from a Jamison Gibson-Park tap penalty. Liam Williams is returning to his best for Wales and troubled France.

14. Ange Capuozzo (Italy)

A pair of tries marked the fresh-faced wing’s Test debut as Capuozzo, who plays for French club Grenoble, lit up the final stages in Rome with some well-balanced and evasive running.

13. Chris Harris (Scotland)

Joe Marchant, who forced two breakdown steals against Ireland, deserves a mention here. Harris finished off one of Scotland’s long-range moves and was typically tidy elsewhere.

12. Jonathan Danty (France)

The powerful centre is one of France’s breakdown spoilers – they have loads of them – and has developed into a well-rounded attacker with passing skills to go with strong carrying.

11. Gabin Villière (France)

It was a weekend for all-action wings, with Jack Nowell relishing his role in England’s scrummaging performance. Villière was key to France’s sole try and showed up again with crucial a turnover.

10. Dan Biggar (Wales)

For a tense kicking battle, there are few players in the world that you would prefer to Biggar. He troubled the visitors back-field defence in Cardiff as Wales pushed France all the way.
